Team Operating Standards

1. If you have a problem with a teammate, please call them directly and do not use group emails.
2. Clearly state expectations by documenting them. Do not rely solely on verbal agreements. All information covered in group meetings and discussions will be posted in the Team Wiki.
3. Touching base with everyone on a regular basis is essential to make sure all work is covered and completed as to the guidelines specified. We will meet once a week through Skype.
4. The person assigned to "additional responsibilities" could take on a role of double checking to make sure all assignments have been addressed and posted correctly as per ELC directives.
